When you rent a portable restroom from us you can expect the following:
The equipment will be clean, in working condition and ready for use.
The unit will be thoroughly cleaned according to the service schedule you choose. This involves pumping of the holding tank, replenishing of all product (toilet paper, sanitizer, seat covers…etc.), on-site pressure washing inside and out, as well as drying the seat and tank when done and marking the service record on the inside door before leaving.
If we are unable to reach your unit with our pump truck (unit block by equipment, etc.) we will still replenish all product and wipe down what we can. The unit will be again serviced on its next regular route day. Service can be requested off route for an additional charge.
All of our Service Technicians are radio dispatched and drive modern well serviced vehicles. Our in-house mechanic maintains our truck fleet. We have eight service bays and are able provide routine maintenance as well as advanced repairs. Each truck is assigned to a Service Technician who is responsible for daily vehicle inspection reports.
We route all our trucks from an advanced computer program that is virtually error free, and can respond to all non-emergency requests on the same or next day without missing anyone.
The waste is brought back to our on-site 30,000-gallon dump bay. From there we run our own licensed wastewater treatment plant 2 to 3 times per week. Our Eco-Flo Treatment Plant gives us a responsible choice to process the domestic waste and keep greener measures.
