Our Commissary Trailers offer continuous hot & cold water dispensing. The 14' L x 7' W model has two separate sides. One side has a three compartment commercial grade stainless steel sink, in order to meet the Health Department requirements for washing pots, pans and utensils, plus one separate porcelain style hand washing sink. On the other side of the trailer there are four porcelain style sinks with soap and towel dispensers.
Trailer has built-in lighting for night time use.
Requires 110 Volt AC current for lighting and a minimum of 40 psi water pressure supply. For wastewater disposal, the trailer can be hooked up to holding tanks or sewer.
