A & B Septic Service is a team of professionals that includes knowledgeable office staff and Certified Field Technicians. We provide quality service to residential and commercial customers in working with them to understand and manage their on-site septic system. This allows for our customers to be more environmentally conscientious and reduce repairs of the system.
A & B Septic Service operates our own solid waste facility that gives us the opportunity to instill greener measures within our communities. Environmental control of the disposal of the domestic waste is our responsibility in keeping Oregon green for generations to come.
We are certified as an Operations and Maintenance Provider (O&M) by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and system manufacturers, as well as being a licensed septic tank pumper. All of this makes us qualified to do septic inspections onsite, and meet current regulations and requirements.
In being a full service septic company we provide the following:
- Certified Field Tech. on call 24/7.
- Repair and replace pumps in pump systems and sand filters.
- Use of diagnostic camera and equipment when needed.
- Confined space certified, allowing us to enter the tanks.
- Pump holding tanks
- File DEQ Reports as needed.
- O&M Certified for all ATT Systems
- Clean kitchen lines, bathroom lines and sewer lines.
- De-Root and jet sewer lines and drain fields.
- Maintain sand filter systems.
- Repair lines and inside and around the tanks.
- Provide inspections on septic systems for real estate transactions.
The following items are included in the price of pumping your tanks:
- We use a powered mixer that combines the scum, effluent and sludge to ensure everything is pumped out. (See Diagram Below)
- There is a float meter on the truck that measures the number of gallons pumped.
- If you have a pump in your system, we will pull the pump to check the impeller for debris, wash it thoroughly and check the floats before reinstalling.
- We check the inlet and outlet baffles to make sure they are in place and working properly.
- An orange sticker showing the size of your tank, exact location of pumping portal and recommended pumping intervals will be affix to the electrical box.
- A reminder will be sent to you when it is time for your system to be serviced again, and all records are kept on file.
